Is the package charged by weight .volume?

Classification of goods:
Class A (General Goods): Daily necessities such as clothes, shoes, bags, etc. (non branded, counterfeit, .goods with famous cartoon patterns)
Class B (sensitive goods): machinery (partial), electrical appliances (partial), dry goods, medical .beauty equipment, silicone material products, toys containing batteries, breast pumps, game consoles, motorcycle .car tires, etc
Class C (special goods): counterfeit, knockoff, genuine .goods printed with famous anime .cartoon patterns, various patented products, cosmetics, skincare products, liquids/powders (please consult in advance), drugs, batteries, etc
